was born in November 2021.
When weighing around 300lb. battling joint pain
and a loss of purpose after family tragedies and career setbacks,
and concerned about losing my mobility, I relocated 1.6 miles from the iconic Rocky Steps
to stoke my determination for a brighter future.
I created a simple 30-minute full-body workout routine that requires no equipment.
By tracking my food intake and eating balanced meals in
portions of 12 to 16 ounces, I lost most of my weight in a year.
To my surprise I was able to validates the regained stamina two years
after starting by working at Amazon during 2024, five weeks
of peak season, without experiencing any pain.
The intense mandatory 12-hour shifts required
squatting, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling,
and walking 10-12 miles per shift, five days a week.
