How I learned about nutrition for vitality.
I was born in a popular wellness resort,
grew up on foods from my grandparents' farm,
have lifelong experiences as a food entrepreneur — executive chef,
meal mail-order pioneer, and SCORE.org SBA-certified counselor
and by
becoming obese with severe joint pains
and well past my half-century mark,
learned how to regain health and vitality
